How our program works


Every engagement starts with an introductory call where we begin to understand your business and your financial needs.

For startups, this covers:

  • Company stage, sector, and geography

  • Product, traction, and differentiation

  • Fundraising goals (round size, timing, target investor profile)

  • Pitch deck review

Step 1: Intake & Alignment


Next, we assess mutual fit between your needs and our investor network and help sharpen positioning.

For startups:

  • Refine the investment narrative and market positioning

  • Identify which investor types are realistic now vs. later

  • Flag potential gaps (story, metrics, pitch deck)

Step 2: Fit Assessment and Positioning


Step 3: Curated Matching and Introductions

Only when there is strong alignment do I make introductions.

  • Introductions are selective and intentional, never mass-distributed

  • Each intro includes context on why the match makes sense

  • Investors are sent intro emails highlighting your product/service and value prop

  • Upon investor interest, startups are introduced to investors

This approach increases response rates and leads to more productive first meetings.


Step 4: Engagement Support and Momentum

After introductions are made, we stay engaged to help maintain momentum.

Support may include:

  • Guidance on first meetings and follow-ups

  • Feedback loops when appropriate

While I don’t insert myself into negotiations, I help ensure that strong conversations don’t stall due to avoidable friction.

  • Founders may be re-introduced to new investors as they progress
